Car owned since 1991 and has been dealer maintained by a Saab factory-trained mechanic. The car has been well cared for and is in incredible condition, running well and fun to drive. Here is some of the work that’s been done over the years. – The air filter has been replaced with a K&N filter. – The exhaust has been replaced with a stainless steel custom (thru-flow) muffler (sounds great!). – The alternator was done in 2009. – The battery was done in 2009. – The head gasket and valves have been done. – The air conditioner has been converted from freon. – The gas pump and pre-pump were replaced last summer. – Fuel level sending unit was replaced. – All springs, shocks and bushings were replaced with OEM parts in 2009. – The entire fabric and headliner was replaced. – The fabric door inserts were reupholstered and the trunk deck cover also reupholstered. – The car was repainted in 2008. – All mouldings and trim were taken off. The front fenders were replaced with OEM. – The windshield was replace
d in 2008 when the paint was done. – The transmission was completely rebuilt about 100,000 km ago. At that time, we did the timing chain and guides. Many engine gaskets (the car has no oil leaks). – Brake master cylinder at this time, too. – The rear break lines were replaced in the Spring 2011. – Both window motors have been replaced. – The interior fan motor has been replaced. Will certify it and e-test it for the buyer. Comes with 2 sets of tires (winter & summer).
